Training recap week of 1/6 (Dopey Week 18)


The weather held out and we were able to make it to Orlando with only minimal delays!  I am going to do full recaps of everything, so I am going to keep this weeks recap short.

FYI - Distances/times/paces below are per my Garmin, not actual race times.

I ended up skipping this one as the polar vortex made it impossible to run before work and then I was flying to Disney that night.

Friday
Scheduled: Inaugural Disney World 10K
Actual: 6.3 miles, 1:06:14, 10:31 pace

Saturday
Scheduled: Disney World Half Marathon
Actual: 13.29 miles, 2:25:42, 10:57 pace

Sunday
Scheduled: Disney World Marathon
Actual: 26.6 miles, 4:13:20, 9:32 pace
