Training recap week of 1/13 (Dopey Recovery Week)


This week was a no running week to recover from Dopey.  I really wanted to run a couple of days this week, but I forced myself not to run.  I know in the long run it was the right decision!  I am going to start easing back into it on Tuesday.

The race week and recovery screwed up my 30-Day Plank Challenge (per my goal for the year to do more core work), so I am going to restart it on Monday.
