After taking a full week of of running post Dopey, I was definitely itching to get back out there. Unfortunately, the cold weather forced all 3 of my weekday runs onto the treadmill. Not my favorite, but I took it easy and eased back into it.
Obviously, there is not a lot of time until the Glass Slipper Challenge. The goal of the next 5 weeks (the total number of training weeks I'll have before the challenge) is to just take it easy and keep my base. I'll do a smidge of easy speedwork, but nothing intense.
