Training recap week of 1/27 (GSC Week 2)

Week 2 of Glass Slipper training was not my best.  I had some work travel which prevents me from doing 1 run and I decided I needed sleep on Sunday am vs. going for my run.  I'm really trying to take this cycle easy and lowkey so I don't get burnt out.  I'm about to head into another marathon training cycle and I want to use this time to just enjoy running and relax.

Scheduled: Rest 
Actual: 4.0 mi, 40:32, 10:10 pace

I had to travel on Tuesday so I moved my Tuesday run to Monday.

Scheduled: 4 miles easy

Actual: 3.0 mi, 30:52, 10:21 pace

I had to cut this one short due to time restraints.
