Training recap: Week of 5/6 (DDD / DLH Week 2)

Another Monday, another training recap!  This week I did not do as good on my schedule, I missed my Friday run.  I don't really have an excuse, I just didn't get up early enough in the AM to do it and I spent the day at 3 doctor appointments (I am fine, I just do all my checkups on 1 day as they are all in PA) and had a sleep over with my niece on Friday night.

Let tell you - 4.5 year olds are exhausting!  I was in bed by 10pm on Friday night.  She was also wide awake at 5:15 am.  No kidding.  Saturday was rough.  But she's adorable so it's okay.

My goal for next week is to do all my scheduled runs.
