Training recap week of 12/8 (Disney Half Week 3)


Another week of running come and gone.  I still can't believe we are less then 2 weeks out from Christmas.  I'm about 90% done with all my Christmas shopping, which is much better then usual!

This week was a down week for me - all easy runs.  My legs were really feeling a bit tired all week, so I really tried to take it easy (did better on some runs then others).  I really don't want to get burnt out over the winter.
