Another week of training come and gone. This week my runs got a little switched around, but I got all my miles in, which is the most important thing. But the most exciting thing happened during my Turkey Trot 5K on Thursday - I set a new PR in the 5K! I finally broke the 23 minute mark, which makes me so happy. It's great to see my hard work paying off!
