Hello! I am alive! My work project is finally over and my life will be returning to normal - yay! The last week of the project was even more busy so I had to prioritize my workouts since I would only be able to do 1 a day. I choose running as it keeps me sane, but by the end of the week I was missing my PiYo workouts. Hoping to get back into the groove this week.
