Training recap week of 5/19 (Grandma's Week 14)

Holy cow - there is only 4 weeks to go until the race!  Whoa!  I am going to try not to stress about the race.  I feel like I do better when I have no expectations so really going to (try) not over think it.

This week was a low intensity week - all easy runs.  It was so nice - my body definitely needed it.  With only 4 weeks to go, not much speedwork left so going to give it my all for the next 4 weeks!
