Training recap week of 5/12 (Grandma's Week 13)

Sorry for the bit of radio silence this week - it was a busy week at work and training pretty much took up all my free time.

I can't believe there are only 5 weeks to go - holy cow!  This training cycle seems to be going by really fast.  Actually, this year seems to be going by really fast - how is it Memorial Day already?  Where is the year going?

Anyway, let's get to the recap for this week.

Pretty pleased with how this workout went!  Speed is coming along :)
