Another week of training has come and gone. Only 7 weeks to go! I gave myself a down week (like seriously down) this week as coming out of Nike DC, I was feeling incredibly sore. Things hurt that shouldn't have and there were some significant soreness. I know taking a week so low is not ideal in the middle of a training cycle, but I really want to make it to the start line healthy (i.e. uninjured).
This week also included Expedition Everest Challenge which was a first! It was fun and I'll have a full recap soon.
