Training recap week of 3/3 (Grandma's Week 3)


Since I slacked on posting this on Monday, it's two posts today!  I don't want to delay posting this anymore.

Last week was not a good one for me.  I had some last minute work travel on Tuesday so I wasn't able to get in that run and on Sunday I woke up not feeling so hot.  I went back to sleep and hoped I would wake up feeling better, but I did not.  So no long run this week for me.  I feel better now, so that is good.


Monday
