Another week come and gone, another set of my longest runs since Montreal last fall. This also means that I only have 1 set of long runs to do and then it's taper. And then it's race time. Holy cow. It's coming up.
Since thinking about that gives me slight chest pains, lets get to the recap!
Monday

I was really sore from Brian's Run the day before, so I took this day off to recover
Tuesday
Scheduled: 5 miles easy pace (10:09 - 11:09)
Actual: 5.00 miles, 52:46, 10:33 pace
Still sore - probably should have taken this day off too, but I pushed through it.
Wednesday
Scheduled: 5 miles easy pace (10:09 - 11:09)
Actual: 4.78 miles, 51:27, 10:45 pace
Continuing the running theme - still sore on this one. I decided to cut it short so I could recover for the weekends run.
Thursday

Friday
Scheduled: 4 miles easy pace (10:09 - 11:09)
Actual: 4.00, 43:03, 10:43 pace
It was cold and rainy, so I decided to use the treadmill for this one.
Saturday
Scheduled: 9 miles long run pace (9:54 - 10:29)
Actual: 9.00 miles, 1:27:35, 9:44 pace
Sunday
Scheduled: 19 miles long run pace (9:54 - 10:29)
Actual: 19.01, 3:07:26, 9:52 pace
The first couple of miles were slow, but I picked it up in the middle miles before balancing the pace towards the end.
Total miles: 41.79
