This week marked a pretty big milestone in my training - we are officially 2/3's of the way through. Wow. Only 6 weeks to go. I cannot believe it. It's getting a little closer every day. December is a tough month with work events, so my goal for the next couple of weeks is to get my runs in and keep my eating in check.
This past week I made some changes to my schedule to accommodate my 2 races. I had planned on doing those in place of my tempo runs, but unless I used someone else's tempo pace, they were way faster then they should have been. But, it was nice to get a feel for how my speed is coming along.
Monday

I had to do this one on a treadmill and it reminded me of how much I HATE treadmills. Brutal.
Wednesday
Scheduled: 5 miles easy pace (10:09 - 11:09)
Actual: 5.00 miles, 51:33, 10:21 pace
Another run on the treadmill. Went better then Tuesday's run, so I am thankful for that.
Thursday
