Training recap week of 2/24 (Grandma's Week 2)

Since Glass Slipper has officially passed, this marks the first sole week of Grandma's training.  My schedule has 4 weeks of base building so lots of easy runs.  It's been tough to motivate in this cold, but I've persevered!  I've decided to use my same motivational strategy as Dopey - $1 for every mile.

In case anyone is wondering, my schedule is being put together by my friend Rob's girlfriend Kirsty (my friend now, but I met her through Rob).  She's a crazy fast runner and triathlete who actually competes in both sports.  I am very excited to be working with her!

Ended up doing an extra mile with the TNT pace group

Actual: 10.00 mi, 1:37:52, 9:47 pace

Total February miles: 80.28
Total March miles: 15.01
