Training recap week of 5/2


Happy Monday everyone!  Another week of training in the books. I'm fully recovered from being sick, but I'm still taking it easy as I don't want to get sick again (or build too slow). And since I don't currently have anything on the schedule, no reason to not take it easy for a bit.

I did get some solid cross training in this week, so that was good!
