Training recap week of 4/7 (Grandma's Week 8)


Another week of training, another week of traveling.  This past weekend included a trip to Philly to run the Yuengling Lager Jogger 5K (and some quality time with Kasey).  I've loved traveling and spending time with my friends, but I am super glad to be here this weekend.

Scheduled: 10 miles long run
Actual: 10.13 mi, 1:39:30, 9:50 pace

Did this run while I was still in Philly along the waterfront.  It was a gorgeous day!
