I didn't have the best tempo run - I got nauseous during the middle of the tempo portion so I took it really easy the rest of the run. I know it was because I ate junk food during the afternoon, I could just feel it in my stomach. Lesson learned: junk food = bad before tempo workouts. I knew better, but I did it anyways.
Side note: less then 3 weeks to Disneyland!

Actual: 3.5 miles easy, 8:53 pace (ran-walked the rest since I was feeling ill), 7.7 miles total
