This was my tip from my Runner's World daily calendar. Given that I will be having a very long flight coming up to LA, I think it was a pretty relevant tip! Must remember to bring a water bottle on the plane with me.
I cooked this weekend and this was one my creations. It's a Mediterranean Quinoa Salad that I found on one of my favorite food blogs - Skinny Taste. It's full of healthy stuff and quite delicious! It made a couple of portions so I'll have left overs for the week (love when that happens!)
