Week 3 has come and gone and it was a solid week of training. I got all my runs in and was pleased with both my times and how I felt during them. This week featured another back to back run, including my longest run since Montreal last September. Since I am marathon training again, I expect I'll be commenting on that a lot.
I do have to say that I was exhausted all day Sunday post 14 miles. And I am still a little tired today. I think as training goes on, it's going to become very important for me to get enough sleep during the week and recovery on the weekend.

Both my long runs were a little faster then they should have been. I am using training paces for a 4:15 finishing time which is probably fast for Dopey, but is slower then my current speed so I think this is going to be happening a lot.
