How is it Wednesday already? It's been a busy couple of weeks between work and training. It has not left very much time for blogging. I miss writing, but work and training are the priority right now. Hopefully soon, things will return to normal again.

This week went okay. I had to re-arrange my speed work from Wednesday to Thursday because I wasn't feeling great on Wednesday. Had a solid long run though! Second 18 miler of the cycle.
