Training Recap Week of 9/21 and 9/28 (Route 66 Weeks 10 & 11)





How is it Wednesday already?  It's been a busy couple of weeks between work and training.  It has not left very much time for blogging.  I miss writing, but work and training are the priority right now.  Hopefully soon, things will return to normal again.

Week10


This week went okay.  I had to re-arrange my speed work from Wednesday to Thursday because I wasn't feeling great on Wednesday.  Had a solid long run though!  Second 18 miler of the cycle.

Week 11

My legs were feeling very tired this week and achy towards the end of the week.  Tried to really stretch and roll during the week.
